Lysha Collections is committed to delivering your orders in a timely and secure manner. Please review our shipping policy for details on how we process and ship your purchases.

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all locations within India. International shipping is not available at this time.

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after order confirmation and payment verification. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times vary based on your location:

  • Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
  • Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 5-7 business days
  • Remote Areas: 7-10 business days

Please note that these are estimated timelines and actual delivery may vary due to courier partner delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all orders above ₹499
  • A flat shipping fee of ₹49 applies to orders below ₹499

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email and SMS. You can track your order status in the "My Orders" section of your account or by using the tracking link provided in the email.

6. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner will make up to three delivery attempts. If the package is not delivered after three attempts, it will be returned to us. A re-shipping fee may apply for re-delivery.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will file a claim with the courier partner and arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
